The NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) has been developed for use in the engineering, building and construction industries. From major multidiscipline infrastructure projects to buildings and highways, this contract read together with its associated handbooks can assist you to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

It contains the Core Clauses used in all contracts, 6 main Options A-F, one of which must be selected, 3 Dispute Avoidance Options of which one must be selected, a range of secondary Option Clauses from which any or none can be selected to suit almost any commercial requirement, Schedules of Cost Components and forms for Contract Data.
